Job Summary:
As a Business Administrator, you will provide high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services to small businesses. You will work efficiently with MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks online to ensure accurate financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Accounting Services: Provide timely and accurate financial statements, manage cash flow, and maintain financial records.
- MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks Expertise: Work efficiently with these software systems to ensure accurate financial data.
- BAS Preparation and Lodgement: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) on time.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable for clients.
- Payroll and Financial Analysis: Perform payroll and financial analysis for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 Years of Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Qualification: A degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
