Port Macquarie Store Management Position

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating strong alignment with our brand and organisational values.

As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Leading the team independently to set and achieve goals in the absence of the Store Manager
