Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our store team in a remote community. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for sharing your knowledge and expertise with the local population, while enjoying some of Australia's most breathtaking scenery.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail and fast-moving consumer goods in a grocery environment
  • Prior experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team
  • Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control
  • Effective cross-cultural collaboration
  • Sound customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software
