Senior Mining Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Pit Patroller/Field Builder to work in FIFO roles across various sites in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Daily Pre-Task Risk Assessments: Perform tasks in accordance with strict safety standards and procedures, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Support Production Leadership Team: Assist with executing plans of the day, grade control meetings, and collaborating with central control throughout the shift.
- Monitor Fleet Performance: Identify hazards, communicate with supervisors regarding safety and production constraints, and address AHT faults and obstacle detection events.
- Survey and Refine Roads: Ensure safe and efficient haulage by managing critical locations such as crushers, fuel bays, and park-up areas.
- Assist Dig Unit Operators: Improve spot times, monitor windrow heights, conduct post-blast inspections, and transport pit personnel safely to their work areas.
- A commitment to safety for yourself and your team.
- A valid Australian C Class manual driving license or higher.
- Ability to work safely and cooperatively in a team, with flexibility to meet business requirements.
- Reside in Western Australia (WA).
- Proof of permanent Australian residency with full working rights without the need for sponsorship.
