Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that are genuine and full of warmth, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to provide tailored advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high levels of store visual presentation and cleanliness standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
  • Stock Management: Ensure stock inventory accuracy, conducting investigations and reporting errors, and supporting stock management efforts by executing the efficient handling of stock delivery and pack-ups.
  • Point of Sale: Operate our POS system, including cash handling, and provide excellent customer service during transactions.
  • Training and Development: Advance your own product knowledge by attending Blackheart's training and tastings, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Passion for Wine, Beer, and Spirits: A genuine passion for wine, beer, and spirits, and a desire to deepen your product knowledge.
