  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
  • Lead a workforce of over 330 employees and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes for residents.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across the organisation and with diverse stakeholders.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will have a contemporary approach to community engagement and a passion for supporting communities. Previous experience in leading complex strategies, managing large service operations, and overseeing budgets and funding arrangements is essential.

You will possess excellent communication skills, community knowledge, and public sector exposure. Your values should align with ours, and you must demonstrate a commitment to community.
