Caregiver | Dural

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Bupa Dural. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-first care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities
• Assist with the delivery and administration of medication
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled social activities
• Build relationships with residents and their families
• Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent
• Previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and take direction as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
• Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
