About This Role

A senior professional is required to oversee the management of a substantial package on a large infrastructure project. This position offers a long-term opportunity with a predictable roster and competitive remuneration.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage a multimillion-dollar package comprising airfield construction over 2 years.
  • Lead a team of experts to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management are essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in construction projects, specifically in airfield construction.
  • Proficiency in QA processes, testing, and documentation is necessary.
  • The ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with clients is critical.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to start immediately are required.
  • Satisfactory references from previous employers demonstrating stable employment history are expected.
