CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

As a key member of our team, your role will involve working between being a first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate person and general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office.

  • Meet and greet customers as they visit, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Work with incoming calls to problem solve or direct their call to the most relevant person in a friendly and consistent manner.
  • Perform administrative duties including:
    • Processing cash sales & credit card transactions
    • Liaising on service orders and generating quotations
    • Maintaining customer files, and database
    • Booking inductions/courses, flights and accommodation
    • Coordinating mail, incoming and outgoing
    • Processing customer purchase orders.

What skills and qualifications do you need to succeed?

  • A positive team-oriented attitude, willing to help others and take initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Intermediate MS office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in an office-like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service.
  • A current driver's license.
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or experience with Service-Based Accounting software is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to have intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel, and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an office-like environment.
