Home Support Worker

• The role of Home Support Worker involves providing care and support to our valued clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
  
• As a Home Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting clients with general housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  
• You will also be required to provide transport to lifestyle activities or appointments, as well as helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
  

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  
• Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
  
• Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.
