About Our Client Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support individuals experiencing challenges with mental health, psychosocial disability, or functional limitations.

This is a patient-facing clinical role where you will work with clients to improve their daily functioning and overall wellbeing. You will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, coping strategies, and life participation.

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on clients' lives, contributing to recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing within a growing multidisciplinary team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and abilities
  • Developing and delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance independence and wellbeing
  • Supporting clients in building skills for self-care, work, education, and community engagement

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience in occupational therapy (mental health, rehabilitation, or community care highly regarded)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
