About The Role

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support young people and create work opportunities by joining our dynamic team as an Early Careers Apprentice.

As a key member of the People team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful programmes such as apprenticeships, T Levels, internships, and work experience. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support in the administration and delivery of early careers programmes.
  • Coordinate placements and contribute to the development of our early careers strategy.
  • Gain valuable experience in stakeholder engagement, data management, and policy implementation.
Requirements
  • A strong interest in early careers and the People profession.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems, especially Microsoft 365.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A minimum of Level 3 qualifications (A Levels, T Level, BTEC or equivalent) and GCSEs in Maths and English.
