Job Title: Driver - Truck & Heavy Vehicle -

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Rear Lift driver for ongoing work in Arndell Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe collection of waste and recyclables from various commercial and residential locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HR rear lift trucks safely and efficiently for waste collection and disposal.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure all waste and recyclables are collected and disposed of in accordance with local regulations and company guidelines.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and submit required documentation.
Requirements:
  • Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) truck license.
  • Proven experience operating front lift trucks in a waste management or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste management processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent driving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and handle the demands of the role.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
