About the Job

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our field service team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background, a focus on safety, and flexibility to respond to service requests on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to on-site service requests across various locations in WA and QLD
  • Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on systems, including chillers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), commissioning of new systems and equipment, maintenance and servicing of existing systems, software and firmware upgrades for equipment
  • Collect and document technical data from field operations
  • Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Fully adhere to EHS protocols and procedures
  • Provide timely reports and updates on service activities and technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of field service experience
  • Experience working with both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in complex systems
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • White Card (Construction Induction Training)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Full Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
