As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our Federal Government clients in Canberra. This role involves understanding and meeting the unique needs of our Government clients by selling in the benefits of our services.
The ideal candidate will have previous government recruitment experience, confidence, and excellent communication skills. They should also be able to deep dive into a client's ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs.
- Responsibilities include working with existing clients to grow the Canberra client base, developing new business within your current portfolio, and maintaining relationships with additional accounts.
