About the Role
">- As Executive Director of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of the program, including supervising project staff, managing reporting processes, and monitoring KPIs and research outcomes.
- You will also lead planning and coordination across the program's activities, ensuring effective processes and timely, high-quality outputs.
- In this role, you will provide high-level strategic advice to support the TRaCE Director and team in delivering on the Program's milestones.
- Foster internal and external partnerships and collaborations, achieving common goals and positive partnership outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
">- You will have proven experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build productive relationships.
- Strong communication skills including demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management.
- Strong financial and planning capabilities, including managing budgets, reporting, and operational performance.
