  • Minimum 3 years' public law or litigation experience preferably working within or for the Commonwealth government
  • Demonstrated capability to work through complex legal issues
  • Restricted (minimum) Australian practising certificate

Working in Commonwealth Departments often requires an Australian Security Clearance and is therefore desirable, or you have the ability to obtain one.
