Electrical Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team in a project delivery environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation and an interest in the development of new products and technologies.
As a key member of the CitySmart Solutions Business Unit, you will work with a commercial interfacing business that services internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing sound leadership and support to the team
- Coordinating the workflow of the CitySmart Solutions team to ensure project, product, and service delivery requirements are met
- Forecasting risk (financial, technical, environmental, safety) and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Developing and implementing new technologies to meet the requirements of new and existing customers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in staff/contractor and team environments
- High-level interpersonal capabilities with advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Office suite
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be available to work outside of normal business hours as required. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Starting salary $99,189.91 per annum + Superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
- Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements
- Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years
- Scope for performance-based salary increases
