Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to shape the company brand narrative.

  • Define, evolve and own the company brand story, voice and positioning to resonate with audiences and reflect company values.
  • Develop and execute brand campaigns and communications initiatives to increase brand recognition and credibility.
  • Establish and grow owned and earned channels such as website, blog, social media and PR.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills, a strong portfolio of brand and editorial work, and experience in brand, communications or content roles. They should be able to think strategically and creatively, manage multiple content formats, and understand brand-building principles and digital channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the Brand Narrative :
    1. Develop, articulate, and evolve the company brand story, voice, and positioning.
  2. Build Trust and Awareness :
    1. Lead the strategy and execution of brand campaigns and communications initiatives.
  3. Establish Owned and Earned Channels :
    1. Define and grow owned (website, blog, newsletter, social media) and earned (PR, media, influencer) channels.
  4. Copywriting and Content Creation :
    1. Be the in-house wordsmith—writing and editing everything from website copy to thought leadership articles, executive messaging, and campaign assets.
  5. Idea Generation and Campaign Development :
    1. Continuously contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the company brand presence and engagement across channels.
  6. PR and Media Relations :
    1. Develop media strategies, pitch stories, and nurture relationships with journalists and publications that align with the company brand objectives.
  7. Measurement and Insights :
    1. Track and report on brand metrics, media coverage, and content performance to inform and optimize future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand, communications, or content roles.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong portfolio of brand and editorial work.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative streak.
  • Comfortable managing multiple content formats.
  • Strong understanding of brand-building principles and digital channel strategies.
  • Media savvy with experience pitching and securing earned media coverage.
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and proactive approach.
