Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and stock levels, guaranteeing freshness and availability of ingredients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-quality dining or brewpub setting.
  • Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
