Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-quality dining or brewpub setting.
- Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
