Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and general office software.
  • A professional appearance and demeanour, representing the company in a positive manner.
