We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Wynnum West. As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to their educational and social development.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary package and a range of benefits. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to achieve centre goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
