About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Deputy Principal – Learning Diversity at our Geelong campus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our school and contribute to our mission of providing radically inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and community members.
- Contribute to the development of our school's strategic plan and ensure its alignment with our mission and values.
Requirements
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of and a commitment to best practice delivery of curriculum and learning diversity.
- Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles: Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal, and Honesty.
