About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Creative Lead to join our team in Sydney. In this dynamic role, you will lead and manage key social media creative projects and client relationships across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media creative production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead Social Creative Projects:
    • Oversee the development of innovative social media campaigns for Enterprise clients and advertisers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that drives results.
  • Client Briefing and Strategy:
    • Assist with client briefing and creative strategy development.
    • Provide input on approaches and broader strategies to drive campaign performance.
  • Social Creator and Influencer Management:
    • Identify and partner with social creators and influencers from Genero's network.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with these partners.
  • Strategic and Creative Input:
    • Contribute to the development of strategic and creative ideas.
    • Elevate ideas through effective crafting and content best practices.
  • Cultural and Platform Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date on cultural, platform, and creative trends.
    • B bring fresh thinking and insights to pitches and briefs.
  • Excellence in Client Service:
    • Demonstrate exceptional client service skills.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Innovation and Collaboration:
    • Identify opportunities to improve our social creative offering, platform, and processes.
    • Collaborate with colleagues globally to share insights and support cross-market success.
