Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to work in relief roles throughout Brisbane, supporting the care and education of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and care for children in their supervision, promoting a safe and inclusive environment
  • Enhance child's abilities using various teaching methods, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Maintain an effective learning environment, utilizing initiative and proactive approach to support the team

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent), demonstrating commitment to high-quality care and education
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitating collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve, embracing ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to early childhood education, driving excellence in practice
  • Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
