Role Overview

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to individual student needs;
  • Contribute to curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation within the school;
  • Undertake other classroom teaching-related duties as determined by the school principal;
  • Participate in staff meetings, camps, excursions, and other activities that promote student engagement and wellbeing;
  • Supervise students during non-teaching periods.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant curriculum areas, including literacy and numeracy skills;
  • Able to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies that cater to diverse student needs;
  • Skilled in assessing student learning and using data to inform teaching practice;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community;
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and reflection.
