Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of information management and telecommunication systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an IT plan focused on business and enterprise systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize robust information management and telecommunication systems.
  • Lead a dynamic team in orchestrating the seamless flow of information across the organization.
  • Align technological solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure continuous availability of critical systems and facilities infrastructure.
  • Balance stakeholder expectations with concrete business outcomes.
  • Architect the integration of project data and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support day-to-day operations and maintenance functions for facility-related infrastructure networks.
  • Recommend efficient Tier 1 solutions by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting diagnostic failures.
  • Oversee telecommunications infrastructure including project management of ISP and OSP projects.
  • Operate an IT Help Desk that operates daily.
  • Provide Information system and business applications support to include hardware, software, and infrastructure support.
  • Perform unclassified network systems administration and maintenance.
  • Supply all materials and labor for IT infrastructure modifications and new installations.
  • Operate, inspect, test, maintain, update, and repair various systems.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated CI polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a certified IT professional with an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing similar projects through the planning, execution, and monitoring stages.
  • Minimum of two consecutive years of supervisory experience in IT management.
  • Experience with SCADA Networks and documented experience in IC IT systems.
  • Currently holds applicable 8570 certifications and Security+.
  • Ability to enhance alignment of development and integration with end-user and mission needs.

  • Technical knowledge of cloud computing platforms, virtualization technologies, and network security protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in information technology or related field.
  • Additional certifications such as PMP or Agile.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
