Job Role
This impactful role involves leading the development and implementation of inclusive strategies and wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and rolling out effective programmes that drive employee health, happiness, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to enhance our workplace culture.
- Creatng and rolling out wellbeing initiatives to support employee health and happiness.
- Collaborating with HR and management to ensure diversity and wellbeing programmes align with company goals.
- Providing guidance and advice on diversity and wellbeing-related issues to HR and management.
- Facilitating diversity and inclusion training and workshops.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the success and impact of diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
- Keeping abreast of diversity and wellbeing trends and legislation to ensure our organisation remains compliant and progressive.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR generalist or specialist position, demonstrated experience of executing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
