Job Role
This impactful role involves leading the development and implementation of inclusive strategies and wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and rolling out effective programmes that drive employee health, happiness, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
  1. Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to enhance our workplace culture.
  2. Creatng and rolling out wellbeing initiatives to support employee health and happiness.
  3. Collaborating with HR and management to ensure diversity and wellbeing programmes align with company goals.
  4. Providing guidance and advice on diversity and wellbeing-related issues to HR and management.
  5. Facilitating diversity and inclusion training and workshops.
  6. Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the success and impact of diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
  7. Keeping abreast of diversity and wellbeing trends and legislation to ensure our organisation remains compliant and progressive.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR generalist or specialist position, demonstrated experience of executing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
