Business Leader Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Business Leader to lead our retail store in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial targets and company performance indicators. They will foster a dynamic team empowered to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and deliver a meaningful store experience through leadership by example.
  • Develop the talent within your team and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets.
  • Craft a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that effortlessly grabs customers' attention through expertise in Visual Merchandising.
  • Oversight of store rostering and wage expenses with a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen.
  • Manage stock (up to 20kg) efficiently in a fast-paced environment ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager is required.
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, inspiring and exciting peers.
