Key Responsibilities:

    • Compliance with tender requirements, developing clear and competitive proposals that drive business growth.
    • Providing market insights and value-added information to support sales initiatives and enhance win rates.
  • Product Development & Management
    • Contribution to the development of ocean freight products, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
    • Supporting product training initiatives to equip the sales team with up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance
    • Efficient management of procurement processes, supporting the creation of minimum selling rate guidelines that promote cost savings.
    • Maintaining data integrity within the rate management system to ensure accurate and reliable information.
