We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Prouds Jewellers Mt Druitt in the lead-up to the holiday season. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the retail industry.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized service to customers, assisting with sales, product knowledge, and inventory management. You will also work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless shopping experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. They will also be able to lift stock and merchandise, and work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist with sales, product knowledge, and inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
  • Lift stock and merchandise, and work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
