Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  2. Bid Preparation: Prepare and analyze bid packages, including pricing and scope of work, to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Estimating Software: Update and maintain Cubit estimating software to ensure accurate and efficient estimating processes.
  5. Trade Scope Understanding: Ensure a thorough understanding of trade scopes and requirements to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Projects Team and Directors to meet tender deadlines and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Experience:

  1. Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
  2. Local Experience: 4+ years of local experience with a successful track record in winning multi-million-dollar projects locally.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Cubit software.
  4. Cost Planning: Experience delivering detailed cost plans and tenders.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Liaison Skills: Confidence in liaising with subcontractors, directors, and project teams.
