We are committed to helping individuals resolve disputes related to energy and water services in a fair and impartial manner. Our goal is to provide an efficient and effective process for resolving these disputes.
**Job Overview**

You will also contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality internal dispute resolution practices through preparation of policies, procedures, position statements and expert advice.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice and guidance on matters relating to energy and water disputes
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to dispute resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve systemic issues and drive consumer and market improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry bodies, regulators and government agencies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A law degree and at least 7-10 years' experience in dispute resolution or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian energy and water sector, including regulatory/legislative frameworks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
**What We Offer**
We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of Victorians by helping to resolve energy and water disputes in a fair and impartial manner.
