Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Campaign Producer to lead the end-to-end production of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Production Management: Lead the end-to-end production process for high-volume and impact, integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across channels (digital, social, broadcast, print, OOH, experiential).
• Creative Development Support: Work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and freelancers to develop and refine campaign assets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, media, publicity, digital, content, and editorial teams to align campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance objectives.
• Vendor and Talent Management: Source, brief, and manage external partners including production companies, photographers, stylists, editors, and other creatives.
• Budget Accountability: Own campaign production budgets, including building estimates, managing costs, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices.
• Timeline and Logistics Coordination: Manage timelines, schedules, approvals, shoots, and post-production workflows to maintain momentum and meet campaign deadlines.

• 6+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and media channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of production workflows from pre-production and shoot planning to post-production and delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing creative teams, vendors, and budgets.
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Asana, Airtable).
