Senior Business Development Expert

This is a highly sought-after role that will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and development. The successful candidate will have significant experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on ERP solutions or enterprise software.
The Senior Business Development Expert will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet customer needs. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing market analysis and strategy, leading generation and client engagement, sales and negotiation, relationship management, collaboration and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in various industries, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. They will also be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently, and a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
To be successful in this role, the Senior Business Development Expert will need to have a Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on ERP solutions or enterprise software. They will also need to have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, a current driver's license, own vehicle available for work purposes, current passport, willingness to undertake a Police Check/NCCHC, and the ability to travel interstate and overseas if required.
