Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with experience in building production-level JVM back-end systems using Scala as a primary language. They will also have a proven track record of developing high-performance, concurrent services and APIs, as well as hands-on experience with modern data & messaging platforms such as Kafka, Spark/Flink, Cassandra/DynamoDB, RabbitMQ or Pulsar.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with product management and data science teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets industry standards.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in building production-level JVM back-end systems using Scala as a primary language.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performance, concurrent services and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data & messaging platforms (Kafka, Spark/Flink, Cassandra/DynamoDB, RabbitMQ or Pulsar).
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
