Lead Educator Opportunity

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a talented and experienced educator to lead our team in delivering high-quality learning programs. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs. A proven track record in leadership and mentoring educators is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong focus on Image of Child
  • Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of EYLF & NQS
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators
  • ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months)
  • Current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)

Additional requirements include:

  • Willingness to obtain Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
