About the Role

As a Delivery and Trade Counter Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting essential industries by delivering materials to trade customers. You will be responsible for loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over the counter retail trade sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where no two days are ever the same. You will enjoy a variety of tasks across the week, including picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a clean full driver's license, and some general computer skills. If you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
Requirements:
  • No industry experience required
  • Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative & enthusiasm
  • Clean full drivers' license and some general computer skills
  • You'll be a team player with exceptional safety awareness
