We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, assisting in tax due diligence, structuring, and post-deal implementation.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist in tax due diligence processes, including identifying tax exposures and risk assessment.
- Advise on tax consequences of mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and divestments.
- Identify tax obligations and assist in preparing submissions for lodgements, applications, rulings, and objections with revenue authorities.
- Conduct tax research and provide advice on tax planning opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in state taxes and other regulatory and tax updates.
