Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers in homes and businesses around the country.
  • Working collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve network performance.
  • Assisting in the installation and activation of telecommunications products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current driver's license.
  • Physical fitness to perform the duties of the role.
  • The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening.
  • Ability to undertake a police check.
