Waste Management Specialist

The primary responsibility of this position is to operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and maintain the condition of our fleet of vehicles.
- Ensure timely delivery of loads to recycling and disposal facilities.
- Load and unload commercial and industrial waste, materials, or consignments with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Hold an unrestricted HR license as a minimum.
- Be physically fit to perform loading/unloading duties and possess a clean driving record.
- Demonstrate a professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic.
- Show a commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.
