Residential Aged Care Maintenance Volunteer

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Residential Aged Care Home team as Maintenance Handyperson Volunteers.
- This rewarding role involves assisting with general maintenance tasks, including gardening, minor repairs, and upkeep of the property.
- Responsibilities may include tidying up gardens, pruning plants, picking up site rubbish, performing minor repairs or maintenance, checking BBQs and pressure washing paths, re-arranging storerooms, and painting and lubricating door locks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. By volunteering your time, you will be helping to improve their quality of life and reducing feelings of isolation.
In this role, you will have the chance to interact with our residents, many of whom love to chat and learn about what you are doing. This is an excellent way to build relationships and make a difference in your community.
