Senior Blasting Engineer

As a seasoned blasting expert, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way our customers mine. You will lead and manage technical projects to deliver measurable value to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive technical project delivery to meet client objectives;
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive business growth;
- Provide expert support for blasting requirements to ensure seamless operations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs;
- Take ownership of project outcomes and consistently deliver high-quality results;
- Continuously develop your knowledge of blasting techniques and best practices.
- Extensive experience in underground shotfiring/charge-up operations, including emulsion and electronic detonator use;
- Strong practical background in drill & blast operations, ideally across both development and production;
- Solid understanding of mining operations and safety standards to ensure compliance;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a high-performing team;
- Commitment to partnership and accountability in all aspects of work;
- A proactive attitude toward learning and skill development;
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive process excellence.
