About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading the store during a shift, creating rosters, and managing stock and cash control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Domino's.
  • Leadership: Lead the store team during a shift, making decisions and taking charge of the store's operations.
  • Training and Coaching: Train and coach new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Cash Control: Manage cash handling, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate the store team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to Domino's safety and security policies.
