Executive Chef & Culinary Team Lead

Fully responsible for overseeing the entire food service operation on a liveaboard vessel.

  • Create and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary requirements and preferences
  • Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, quality and presentation at all times
  • Manage and motivate a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with charter operations teams to ensure timely meal preparation and guest satisfaction

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced head cooks or senior chefs who have prior experience working in high-pressure commercial kitchen environments.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant trade qualification (e.g. chef's apprenticeship) and/or equivalent experience in a similar role. A Food Safety Certification and current First Aid certification would be highly valued.
