Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our committed team at RPAH. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs of diverse populations
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless care transitions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience
