Job Description

Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will work closely with leaders and advise them on effective recruitment solutions, navigate Australia Post's Recruitment and HR processes, policy, and provide insights on external market trends.

This is a fixed-term 12-month opportunity supporting the recruitment for our People & Culture (P&C) Division. Role location is flexible.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized positions in P&C.
  • Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to outcome or offer, overseeing and advising stakeholders on all steps in the recruitment process.
  • Promote awareness of TA service offerings for internal and external candidates.
  • Assist with TA projects including development of idea briefs and business case documents.
  • Identify opportunities for change, innovation, and improvement.
  • Proactively engage external talent via various tools and approaches.
  • Couch business leaders and people managers to effectively manage their team's recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Business Partner in a TA function, RPO, or Recruitment agency environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives, role types, and levels as required.
  • A track record in proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent for specialist and leadership roles.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
