About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary early childhood thinking and practice, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team of educators in delivering engaging and effective educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, and will have previous experience working in an early childhood teaching role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to early childhood education
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience working in an early childhood teaching role
  • Strong understanding of contemporary early childhood thinking and practice
