About the Role

  • Job Summary: As a Key Accounts Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across ANZ.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and agency owners.
    • Bolster your skills as a credible business leader and trusted advisor.
    • Support expansion initiatives for the brand by working closely with the Group CEO and head office team members locally and internationally.
  • What You'll Do
    • Coach and mentor BDMs and corporate office Branch Managers to achieve client growth.
    • Detect areas of weakness and create action plans to improve overall client numbers.
    • Engage in customer-facing activities, including sales meetings with new and existing clients.
    • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to current and future franchisees.
    • Collaborate with the L&D department to deliver training programs and on-the-job training as necessary.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular business reports for the CEO and Board.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation among franchise owners and staff.
    • Suggest improvements to systems, processes, or technologies for continuous innovation.
    • Participate actively in industry groups and forums related to recruitment and franchising.
  • Your Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of experience in regional management roles, preferably in labour hire recruitment.
    • A background in a franchise environment is an advantage.
    • A proven track record of achieving new and organic sales growth and improving profitability.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all levels.
    • Superior training and coaching abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales CRM software.
    • Autonomy, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
  • Benefits
