Client Support Specialist

You will be a mental health practitioner on our telehealth platform, where your role is to support clients' mental health and personal growth based on their individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions.

Flexible Work Arrangement

This is a remote work opportunity with the flexibility to decide your business hours. We're seeking experienced Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to partner with us in bringing greater mental health access to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients
  • Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc.
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
  • Hold a Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches
  • Hold at least 300 clinical hours post-Master's degree
  • Be able to communicate in English and local language
  • Haven't an experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling adults or coaching managerial roles
  • Open to working onsite if necessary
